"The Empero EMP.2000-SAG-R is a high-performance conveyor type dishwasher with a standard drying tunnel, built for large-scale professional kitchens. It features a 2-speed conveyor band, two washing motors, and a stainless steel body with resistances for durability. It efficiently washes up to 2200 plates per hour with a basket size of 500×500 mm. The machine operates with a washing temperature of 55–60°C and rinse temperature of 80–85°C, using energy-efficient systems for water, detergent, and power. Total power consumption is 48 kW at 380V, with heating powers of 12 kW (tank) and 24 kW (rinse boiler). Dimensions approximately 1900 x 837 x 2000 mm, net weight 317 kg.
